The muscles of the human body can be categorized into a number of groups which include muscles relating to the head and neck, muscles of the torso or trunk, muscles of the upper limbs, and muscles of the lower limbs.
Do you know that you have more than 640 muscles, which are separated in to two groups- Voluntary and Involuntary muscles.
Voluntary are the muscles that you move whenever you want to do it, like your biceps for example.
Involuntary are the muscles that move without you thinking about it, like the heart. It contracts up to 80 times a minute and doesn’t depend on whether you want it or not.

- Producing the human speech takes 72 different muscles
- The human tongue consists of sixteen separate muscles, not one as many people think.
Something else you should never forget is taking care of your muscles. Make sure you exercise, warm up before challenging your muscles and provide enough protein so they could recover from a tough work out.
