Before knowing how to control the anger, first understood what is anger? and its effects?

Anger is an emotion not just only a mental emotion, it just increases the blood pressure, heart rate will get increases, levels in adrenaline and non-adrenaline will get increased. Mild forms of anger will include displeasure, irritation or dislike. When we react to frustration, blame, and threat, we get angry.

Adrenaline, a hormone produced from Adrenal Gland causes anger in most of the mammals. Contracts blood vessels, dilates air passages, stimulates heartbeat rate.

Now, get ready to control anger. The following are a few tips to get your anger under your control.

1.Try to respect others

Stop shouting on others; think how do you feel if others shout on you.

2. Be willing to forgive

Sometimes it’s not possible to resolve the conflicts, so try to forgive others first.

3. Try to forget the past, live for the present

Don’t argue for anything about the past, try to think always about the present.

4. Pick a time – out

When you are getting tensed, just breathe deeply, close your eyes (if possible), count 1- 10 very slowly, and think that you are calming down.

5. Get some exercise

Take a brisk walk or run, this is medically proven that, physical movements will make the brain to produce some chemicals which will reduce the stress and makes you happier.

6. Think before you speak

Take a few moments to collect your thoughts before saying anything, allow others to speak. Don’t try to make yourself over smart on any conversation; this will make your acceptability power to get increased.

7. Try to identify possible solutions

Try to stop thinking about the problem, and start to find out solutions to the problem.
